BLOOMFIELD, N.J., Jan. 13, 2015 – The sights and sounds of the season filled the air as more than 100 residents of Parkway Lofts gathered to attend the community’s first annual holiday party. The festive event provided friends and neighbors with the opportunity to enjoy an evening of exceptional food and lively conversation in the building’s gracious private party and billiards room. The industrial-to-residential adaptive reuse project was developed by Prism Capital Partners LLC.

The private party room and billiards room – which boasts a 14-foot bar, televisions and tufted banquettes – is just one of the many social and recreational amenities that contribute to the desirable lifestyle component at Parkway Lofts. Residents also enjoy a rooftop deck with fire pit and comfortable seating; a 5,000-square-foot, two-level state-of-the-art fitness center; a 20-seat large-screen theater room; and a 24-hour resident-only convenience store.
